If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.
Due to the nature of the product being exclusive to your car and using this for any unlawful activities is a crime, we have a no refund policy. The only terms of a refund would be if the product arrived damaged or broken. If the product has a defect or arrives damaged, we take full blame for this and will post out a fresh set of numberplates to you on the same day.

Refunds are all processed between 1-4 working days and we shall credit the amount due to send the parcel back to us via Royal Mail 1st Class postage.
